USDA ESTIMATED BOXED BEEF CUT-OUT VALUES - as of 1:30pm

Based on negotiated prices and volume of boxed beef cuts delivered within 0-21
days and on average industry cutting yields.  Values reflect U.S. dollars per
100 pounds.

Boxed beef cutout values weak to lower on light to moderate demand and moderate 
offerings. Select and Choice rib and round cuts steady to weak while chuck cuts 
weak to lower. Choice loin cuts weak while Select higher. Beef trimmings lower 
on light to moderate demand and offerings.
